Keeper signs from Cheltenham,seen him play v us 07/08 season away @ cheltenham,the fella is 6ft +.......
Apart from that know nowt about him tbh

Flahavan were linked,but there were concerns over his height,with higgs no such concerns=Very tall,but solid looking with it,and better than likes of lucas..........
Decent signing imo

I'd say purely cover for Casper so it really doesnt matter if he's any good or not. Probs be slightly better than lucas though so i suppose thats something.

The end for Martin then? Nice to see we are bringing in proven quality, not. All on the cheap whilst Bates uses our season ticket money to pay his legal costs.
I thought Casper improved last 10 or so games of the season, In fact, I thought he was one of our best players. He came for crosses, improved his kicking and we all know he's a great shot stopper.
Hope he continues to play well |

If casper gets injured imre and is out for sometime ,i think it will probably matter if hes any good or not,but the price is right.......

Early days yet,but so far so good,big imposing keeper,who looks comfortable dealing with crosses and aerial ball work,seems to have a good kick on him also,will be amazed if he don,t start as no 1,Casper be no 2,whilst young martin as gone out on loan again til jan 1st 10

from the sound of things in the friendly's higgs has been excellent and i would imagine by graysons line up he will start as our no.1 for the start of the season.cant wait now only just over a week.

Yeah feel lot more confident after signing of kisnorbo and displays in last 2 games,also higgs doin well,Just hope now we can get off to good start in league.......

agree a good start will at least mean we are in the mix and not playing catch up.the period that sg was in charge for last season has really given me the confidence that we can really make a real effort this season due to the consistancy that the team had towards the end of last season,sg had a regular line up in which he did not change from week to week like in the gary mc era and most of all realised where our weaknesses were and is now trying to improve those areas.
