suppose i should start with the first half though it was not good
we looked solid at the back though crowe fucked up a couple of times but thankfully ruis extra bit of pace recovered the situation but i never felt our goal was under threat
we were combative in the mid field but not creative enough only Johnson and howson even looked like a threat
they looked like it but never were
up front beckford and bechio were to far apart and we didn't look like scoring

the second half went on the same as the first them trying to break on us we had the pressure but really didn't threaten enough
until rui fucked up i still didn't feel they would score
when the pen went in my heart sunk i thought here we go again losing a game we should have won

fortunately MOM johnson equalized quite quickly and beckford did what he did best scored the winner

Higgs 7 - Not a great deal to do but did what he had to very well. Good hands and distribution.
Crowe 5 - Unconvincing once again. Position sense needs work. still dont think hes any better than frazer
Hughes 5 - Mr. 100%, but gave the ball away on numerous occasions. We need Parker back quickly.
Marques 6 - A solid performance without breaking into a sweat really. untill he feck up with the pen
Kisnorbo 7 - Still unsure about a Kisnorbo/Marques partnership - neither dominant enough for my liking. Solid though.
Doyle 6 - Steady without really standing out. No real big tackles but kept ball reasonably well.
Howson 7.5 - showed well as Captain in sorting out the snoddy becks incident and the snoddy bechio incedent Keeps ball well but doesn't win enough of it nor threaten goal often enough.
Snoddy 4 - Who are you and what have you done with the real Snoddy? prone to whinging throughout. and was the worst player on the pitch Good last 5 mins! hopefully his season started then
Johnson 8 - MOM. Our best player tonight by a mile. Worked hard, played the ball sensibly and stood out for the rest. his best game in a leeds shirt
Becchio 6 - Ineffective tonight. work as hard as usual Dropped too deep not effectively either
Beckford 7 - The enigma of all enigmas. Missed two decent chances in tried to nut Snoddy...but then scored from nowhere to win the game.

Subs

Kilkenny 7 - This man must start if fully fit. Gets the ball down, moves us forward and has even started to tackle. Our best CM. since grayson joined
Robinson 6 - Didn't do much, bar an excellent corner for BJ's header. i question why our clubs top earner is a permanent sub
Prutton 5 - No time...but did get one sight of goal, that he hit Beckford's arse with!

Fans 10 - Once again, proud to be a Leeds fan. more of us there than Walsall fans and sung our hearts out from start to finish.
