Email from LUFC,
make sure that you date/time is set up correctly in your system clock.
You should also try to clear you cache - Simply access the Internet explorer options by right clicking on the internet explorer icon on your desktop and then left click on the "properties" option (should be the bottom one).
Once you are in the "internet properties", you will see 7 different tabs. In the "general" one, please take a look at the 2nd section (called temporary internet files). There will be 3 buttons, please click first on the "delete cookies" and answer "ok" when the deleting confirmation comes up.
Once your cookies are deleted, do the same with the "delete files" button. After answering "yes" to the confirmation, don't be surprised if it's pretty long to do so (can be a couple of minutes).
Restart your computer.
After that, please go to the next tab (called "security") and simply click the "default level" button if you can (the button could disabled if the settings are already set to "default". Then do the same with the next tab ("Privacy") by clicking the "default" button if possible.
Can you also make sure you disable any firewall, pop-up blocker or Norton security on your machine.

Also advice from Waccoe,
Are you just having problems viewing videos?
If so it's probably a codec problem, this should sort it out... http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_lite_codec_pack.htm
Hope this helps.
