Marko,s view v Swindon(away)What a day,and weather were superb also
Set off from south wales 11.30 am to drive down 20 miles to newport,to get train to swindon...... Arrived in swindon 1.30pm ish,then proceeded straight to ground,as i were on my way into county ground recognized a familar face from msg board midlands white aka stuart and chatted with him for 15 mins or so,Only met him briefly before,so was good to have a chat with him... Also pre match inside ground met jay hoult who posts on here,seems a decent lad,glad your trip down from leeds was worthwhile....... Excellent turnout from our fans,Swindon end,s had plenty empty seats and were not that vocal.......... Onto game......... 1st half Slow start,then marred by from what i seen a reckless challenge by sheehan,would like to see it again on tv/pc to see how bad it really were/looked,but 4 mins into game we were a man down 
Despite that tbh we hardly looked like we,d be troubled by a imo very poor swindon team............ It were 15 mins in when kilkenny had our 1st shot,just before that lucas pulled off a cracking save,from a rare swindon attack...... Soon after we score,Bad swindon defending,lets beckford slot home from close range 1-0 up,with 10 men,and in comfort zone,all goin well then bang on half time,swindon no 11,small black winger(imo there best player today)takes on frazer does him,whips in nice ball,and cox prods ball past lucas,the cocky twat gestures to us,and gets booked for it.... Half time and can,t believe we are not ahead......... 2nd half Ok,ish start by us,nice hold up play by becchio,earns a free kick,kilkenny takes it,tbh to me looked nowt special,but keeper makes a hash of it and we,re 2-1 up and imo rightly so,just after that lucas pulls off another great save,and swindon have in 5 mins after goal there best spell of game,it didn,t last too long though......... Delph was now coming ino his own,what a player this lad is,best player ive seen here in a long time,to me @ times he seems too good for rest of team,only blot for him,was another booking by the twat of a ref,who by way were shocking.... A lovely passing move,with main man delph involved,creates acres of time for beckford,he drags the shot wide......... We then switched to 4-4-1 With beckford the lone man........ Few mins later a long ball evades swindon defence and beckford slots home to clinch the game for us........................ We then ride out last few minutes with ease,final whistle goes job done....... Overall a good win,tbh we played ok,not fantastic,but well enough to beat a poor swindon team.......... Great scenes followed final whistle,the section of our fans on sideline sang over to us,your only here to watch the leeds and we sang it back at them,topped off a great day,also had us in my local hills bookies to win 3-1 @ 18/1 £1 on it,so that were a bonus
By time stopped off in newport had a quick soft drink,then drove home got in @ 8pm............. My next away game planned in league if get ticket is cheltenham away(Sat nov 1st)we owe them twats one..... 
Player ratings out of 10 Lucas 8-not a lucas fan tbh,but today pulled off 2 great saves,and his handling off crosses better than casper..... Frazer 6-Struggled at times in 1st half,but improved 2nd half Telfer 7-solid game,from a plyer imo who,s goin to be very key for us,his knowhow and expierence will help others around him Rui 7-got booked early doors for stupid foul,brought on by his only sloppy play off match,apart from that like telfer were solid and imo can offer us more @ moment than huntington....... Sheehan 1-was only on field 4 mins,so done nowt apart from stupid challenge,more of this and his career here,could be coming to a end,2 sendings off already in only a handful of games for us........ Hughes 7- Solid game from hughes,love this guys passion to the cause Delph 8- my mom,best prospect we,ve had here for long time,at times looks a class above rest of team ....... Douglas 7-Solid game from Douglas,not a fan myself,but facts do state we win more games when he plays,so will live with it,if it continues to be the case............ Kilkenny 6- Nowt spectacular from him,but he got 2nd goal,bit hit and miss,the few times ive seen him play........ Becchio -7 Do like this fella,works hard and wins a bit in air also holds ball up well,which created a few free kicks for us............ Beckford 7-Scored 2 so can,t really knock him,but tbh should have had a hat-trick,also at times as lazy spells,but can,t be too critical as hes our top scorer Will add some pictures later on/or on sunday...............
