I was born (many many many years ago) in New Wortley.
I now live in Lower Wortley nr Ringways Garage.
I can see the East Stand Upper from my back bedroom window

unfortunately i cant see a fecking thing from my bedroom window as its 13000 miles away but once upon a time i could hear the noise from er in holbeck where i was born-my first job was at a small printers near ringways----

Life Story
Born many many many many many years ago in New Wortley.
Moved to Old Farnley when 4 years.
Lived there until moving to Scotland in 1974.
1974 was a VERY good year
Came back to God's Own County in 2000.
Moved into house in Lower Wortley in 2001.
Heart Attack 2002.
Retired because of this 2003.
Been supporting Leeds United since my dad took me to to ER aged about 5 or 6. Think it might have been John Charles last match before his transfer to Juve. (Can't remember tooooo much, but I know the floodlights were on ).
Saw ALL The Revie Years mostly from The Scratchin Shed then The Kop (before moving to Scotland). Been through the "Ups and Downs" (sad to say mostly "downs" recently)
Don't think Jay will scare me off....I'm too old in the tooth to scare easily

bp-used to drink in the bulls head--worked in domestic street industrial estate--is it stiil there-was when i was last back in 95-
and the commercial and and the wagon and horses-lived right behind it-recreation terrace-flatty sent me some pics
remember when a pint of bitter was less than two bob lol-
