another bates taxon my last 2 visits to ER my daughters ST didn't work and a paper replacement was issued
however there appears to be a crack in it and the ticket office have said it needs to be replaced
so i rang Mr bates ticket office @ 9p a minute spent 5 Min's on hold then explained to the lady who promised to send a replacement then asked for my credit card details
i asked what for she explained the cost for a replacement card i asked how much she said £25
£25 for a replacement kens taking the piss ffs he as not even issued us with one this season its last years card reactivated
